How does the free shipping work? Select your movies at sign-up and they should arrive in your mailbox in about one business day via U.S. mail. When you finish watching a movie, simply put it in its pre-paid envelope and mail it back to us. After we receive it, we'll send your next available movie. Shipping is always free both ways — no hidden charges. How fast will I get my DVDs? Our 42 shipping centers across the United States allow us to provide nearly 90% of our members with delivery of their DVDs within about one business day following shipment. How long is the free trial? Your free trial will last for 2 weeks. How many DVDs can I rent during my Free Trial? The number of DVDs you rent depends on a number of factors, including how quickly you watch and return each of your DVDs and which plan you have selected. On our most popular plan, the 3-at-a-time plan, you can rent unlimited DVDs and exchange DVDs you've watched for new ones as often as you like. When your trial begins, we send you three movies of your choice. You can exchange DVDs for new DVDs as often as you like. The number of DVDs you rent depends on a number of factors, including how quickly you watch and return each of your DVDs. Can I cancel any time? Absolutely. You can easily cancel your membership anytime, online, 24 hours a day. There are no cancellation fees. To avoid being charged after your trial, simply cancel your account before the trial ends. |
